All artworks sold through this store are made to order and fulfilled by professional fine art print laboratories.


Production Time

Each artwork is produced specifically for your order.

Typical production time:

·       5–10 business days

Production times may vary depending on the selected print format, size, and destination.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping):

·       1–3 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

·       import taxes

·       VAT or local charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by us.


Packaging

All artworks are packed securely using professional, protective materials designed for fine art shipping.


Risk of Loss

Ownership of the artwork transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the carrier.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

·       shipping carriers

·       customs clearance

·       weather events

·       strikes

·       or other circumstances beyond our control


Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

·       your order number

·       clear photos of the artwork

·       photos of the packaging and shipping box

Approved damage claims will be resolved through replacement in accordance with our production partner’s policies.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
